What You Can Expect
We work closely with some of the most innovative education programs in Japan to place teachers into roles that suit their strengths. Here’s what the experience typically looks like:
A playful, engaging environment where English is taught through games, activities, and creativity
Practical language instruction with a focus on reading, writing, speaking, and phonics
Bilingual early learning settings for young children, combining English with Japanese

Each placement varies slightly in style, schedule, and student age group, but generally includes:
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8–9 hour workdays (lunch included)
Training: 3–5 weeks of paid, structured onboarding
Students: Typically aged between 2 and 14 years old
