Let’s be real, you’ve been preparing to live in China for longer than you think… you just didn’t know it. Your clothes? Made in China. Those two-minute noodles you lived off at uni? China. And don’t even try to tell us you didn’t grow up watching Jackie Chan movies. Face it! The signs have always been there. So why not follow the clues and go live the adventure for real?
No seriously. There’s so much more to discover than quick noodles and kung fu. Picture yourself wandering through Suzhou’s classical gardens, strolling along the edge of West Lake in Hangzhou, or hopping on a high-speed train to explore vibrant nearby cities like Shanghai, Wuxi, and Nanjing. If you’re drawn to canal-lined streets, misty hills, and ancient temples, then the Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces might just be the perfect place to start your TEFL journey.
Teaching in China isn’t just about earning a salary; it’s about gaining international experience, immersing yourself in a new culture, and making a lasting impact in the lives of your students.
